I believe in working as a team to gain symptom control and get life back on track. Medications are beneficial to manage acute symptoms while the real foundational work is done in therapy. I approach each client holistically and tailor care to your specific needs. 
Fully licensed and passionate about treating adults and the geriatric population, for a variety of psychiatric diagnoses; ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, eating disorders, pregnancy and lactation mental health care, and gender dysphoria. I offer a non-judgmental, safe, therapeutic environment to work towards being your true authentic self.
